National Advance Care Planning Guide: ToT Workshop 2026
The National Advance Care Planning (ACP) Guide: Training of Trainers (ToT) Workshop was held on 17th July 2026 at the Auditorium and Seminar Room, Hospital Tawau. Jointly organised by the Medical Department, Hospital Tawau, Bahagian Perkembangan KKM, and the Palliative Care Unit, Hospital Queen Elizabeth, the workshop brought together consultants, physicians, and medical officers from within Sabah for a comprehensive day of learning and discussion on Advance Care Planning. Through expert-led lectures, interactive demonstrations, and role-play sessions, participants gained practical knowledge and communication skills to confidently conduct meaningful ACP discussions and implement the National ACP Guide in their clinical practice.

National Advance Care Planning Guide: ToT Workshop 2025
The National Advance Care Planning Guide: Training of Trainers (ToT) Workshop took place on 24th May at the Auditorium, Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Kota Kinabalu, and was officiated by the Director of Sabah Health (JKNS). The event brought together consultants, physicians, and medical officers from across Sabah for an engaging day of learning and discussion. As the first stop of the nationwide ToT series, the workshop marked an important milestone in advancing understanding and practice of Advance Care Planning in Malaysia. Participants shared enthusiastic feedback, expressing that they had gained valuable insight and felt more confident and prepared to conduct meaningful conversations with patients and families following the session.
